Arifuku Hot Spring

Fukuari Village with a Hot Spring Famous Since Ancient Times

This is a leading hot spring village of San’in with a history of more than 1,350 years where you can still find a traditional townscape among tranquil mountains. This is a colorless, odorless and transparent alkaline hot spring. This is popular as a “hot spring of beautiful people” to give you beautiful skin. You will find Arifuku Cafe, open air baths available for reservation and a new kagura (ancient Shinto music and dancing) hall in the historical Arifuku Hot Spring Town. This is a town where you can experience newness while soaking up a good old retro feeling. New services have also been created here. These include Arifuku marriage, which is a wedding ceremony held in Fukuari Village, and photo marriage using the hot spring district.
